SPB cremated with State honours
Veteran singer SPB who passed away last afternoon was cremated with State honours today.
His last rites were performed at Thamaraipakkam guest house this morning and the body was taken for cremation.
21 rounds of bullets were fired as his body was laid to rest.
His son SP Charan performed last rites. Fans thronged near his guest house in large numbers to mourn his death.
State Minister Mafoi Pandiarajan paid his last respects on the occasion.
